The purpose of the visit was to train and award each member of the class a Certificate for “Order of the Flag Detail” for their work on raising and lowering the Flag. Lee Road Junior High School has used the WIN program students in a single class to perform this function for more than ten years. The previous class teaches the new class of 4th graders the proper procedures.
